Welcome to Pensacola Rentals LLC. We are a locally owned and managed property management company. We are based in Pensacola Florida since 1991 with all rental houses located in Escambia County Florida. We offer single family homes, mobile homes, mobile home lots and RV lots for rent.  We are unique in that, we do not require a credit check and we accept only one application at a time an only in person at the home YOU have decided you want to rent. We do not offer online applications where 50-100 people apply.  Our homes are well maintained and we offer the areas fastest response times to needed repairs. We use sayings "two way street" and "If you are not happy, we are not happy". These and The Golden Rule business mindset has served us well since 1991. Because of our 5 star services, our homes rent very fast. We use Zillow and Facebook Marketplace to advertise our homes for rent.
