Find a house that we currently have available for rent on Zillow or Facebook Marketplace and then read the description carefully as we include a lot of information in each listing. Then look at all photos on the home as we include a lot of photos to give you an excellent visual of the inside and outside of the home. Then answer the questions posted in the ad and communicate with our office in writing.

We do not accept applications until a prospective tenant has read the entire description, looked at all photos, met us at the home and looked at it in person and then said "I want to rent the house". Then and only them will we accept an application.
