Don't allow yourself to be evicted

Pensacola Rentals LLC is the most lenient management company in Pensacola FL. We do not require a minimum credit score, we do not require a certain time on the job, we are flexible on proof of income and we will even rent to folks who just moved to Pensacola... BUT we will not rent to folks with an eviction.

Why?

An eviction is a last resort legal proceeding for us where the tenant does not pay the rent or refuses to follow rules. In the case of not paying rent... we give a 3 day notice that gives the tenant 3 working days to pay our move. An eviction is filed with the court when the tenant does neither, he doesn't pay rent and he refuses to move. We try real hard to make sure folks understand how serious an eviction is. We have folks who come to Pensacola thinking their eviction from another state won't follow them. IT DOES !!!!!

We just had a person who bounced checks for the rent in March and made multiple promises to pay. After non payment was received for March, and April wasn't paid we issued a 3 day notice to pay or move. He said he doesn't have the money to do either. We said, "You do not want an eviction on your record" and he responded with my credit is already bad so he didn't care, he wasn't paying and he wasn't moving. Now he has a permanent eviction on his record and now he will no longer be able to rent from Property Managers like us, who will rent to folks with bad credit because for reasons as explained in this post, we do not rent to folks with an eviction.
