Most every landlord and property manager does a credit check as part of the application process in renting a home here in Pensacola Florida. Pensacola Rentals LLC advertises "no credit check" So what does that mean? Well it means just that. We look at your local (Pensacola) rental history and of course a background check but we don't care what your credit score is. We do, however charge a higher refundable security deposit. Most all other companies charge equal to a one month security deposit and require a 640+ credit score. We charge more than a months deposit and we advertise a deposit range.
